Brand Story

HiveWire was founded by health care professionals who are passionate about patient well being and believe in a better solution to internal communication within the NHS. An incredible 85% of healthcare still relies on pagers and fax machines an out dated an unreliable technology. The companies aim is simple: to replace this system with a application that not only allows doctors and nurses in the same hospital to communicate and make decisions quickly but aims to make communication between every member of staff in the NHS easier, so transfers can be made quicker, specialists can be found and booked and questions answered in minutes not hours.

The Brief

To create a brand identity which stands out from the competition is playful, professional and hints at the brands wider goal to initiate a massive change within the NHS. To utilise colour in a way that attracts the right attention, especially within the digital space and ensures all elements are easy to apply across the digital landscape. HiveWire represents the change they want to see in healthcare and their visual identity needed to reflect this.
